Warranty

Domavija d.o.o. guarantees the quality of its products. All products have been produced in our workshop and correspond to the dimensions and descriptions specified on the website. The highest quality imported materials and fittings have been used in the production, ensuring the durability and quality of the finished product. The guarantor, during the warranty period, will at its own expense remedy any defects and deficiencies in the product that arise from a mismatch between the actual and the specified or declared quality characteristics of the product. In the event of failure to fulfill this obligation, the guarantor will replace the product with a new one or refund the money. The warranty period begins on the date of sale, which is entered into the warranty certificate and certified by the stamp and signature of an authorized seller.

The warranty applies in the following cases:
  • In the event of any discrepancy with the drawing
  • In the event of a malfunction of the installed fittings
  • In the event of damage to the materials from which the furniture is made, provided that they have not occurred as a result of improper handling or maintenance
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
  • In the event of damage or malfunction of the installed fittings caused by improper handling
  • In the event of damage to the material caused by improper maintenance
  • In the event of physical damage caused by negligence
  • In the event of an unsigned delivery note – warranty
  • In the event of damage caused as a result of any repair carried out by unauthorized persons
To avoid misunderstandings, upon delivery, it is the duty of both the seller and the buyer to inspect the product and point out any possible mechanical damage, in which case the product will be replaced.
