Delivery and installation

The installation area must be properly prepared (walls and floors), dry, and heated. Water and electrical installations must be fully installed (for stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.). The customer is obliged to provide the installer with a diagram of the electrical and water installations and drainage pipes; in the event of damage due to a mismatch between the installations and the existing condition, the customer is responsible. In the case of connecting the hood to a wall drain, the customer is obliged to provide a drain hose. The same applies to built-in hoods that do not have a wall drain, but a drain hose is required for drainage from the element. The walls must be suitable for hanging wall units. For prefabricated construction (prefabricated houses, drywall walls, etc.), appropriate supports and fastening must be installed beforehand. The customer must allow the installer to perform the necessary cutting and sawing work for the kitchen installation at the installation site; e.g., drilling worktops for a sink and hob, cutting socles, decorative trims, and the back of the element for installation, etc. In the event that installation is not possible on the agreed date due to an unprepared space or delay by the customer, the installer or salesperson and the customer will agree on a new installation date, in accordance with the installer’s availability. Kitchen installation is carried out based on a sketch made at the point of sale when purchasing the kitchen.
